Leadership is a virtual DNA, created by the Person who wants to be Leader.

In order to get a leader Role, the only critical factor is perseverance. Nobody

will appoint you, you have to grasp the opportunity!

You have to believe.

A simple model for leadership do not exist. Look at the four Evangelists, each with a different approach to the Leader role, symbolized in the icons of the four Apostles.

As in egyptian Old Kingdom the leadership Roles were defined by scholars, each profile was made God, each was given an Icon that would be easily recognicable by all Egyptians - whateverthey did in real Life.

The Apostles were the four Representatives of God, each describing a Profile of a Deity, in order to carry out work - influencing people - 12 Apostles were appointed.

But Paulus, a roman citizen saw the Political potential in the Figure of Christ - a major Figure that could tumble the resent Roman Empire, changing the Beliefs - from a brute Force Rule to a mental influence on each Person Mind.

The New Testament would then be used to reconfigure the Power matrix, for each of the following Centenium the matrix would be redefined and redesigned.
